Job description

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Location: East of Dallas, TX | In-Clinic & In-Home Services

About Us:

At Behavioral Transformations, we provide high-quality, heart-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–18 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. Our multidisciplinary team serves clients in both clinic and in-home settings, creating individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful growth for each child and their family.

Position: BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)

We are seeking a dedicated BCaBA to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and supervise RBTs. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on quality care and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
  • Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction sessions with clients
  • Collect, analyze, and report on behavior data
  • Support parent training and family education initiatives
  • Provide clinical support and mentorship to RBTs
  • Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and staff development
  • Ensure therapy aligns with the mission of “therapy with heart”

Requirements:

  • Active BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in ABA (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and their families
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
