Job description

Join a strategic digital analytics team focused on building the measurement infrastructure that powers modern growth marketing. This remote Principal Analyst role centers on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, helping connect customer behavior to revenue and turning digital signals into actionable insights for marketing leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Own Adobe Customer Journey Analytics as a business capability, including data view design, reporting architecture, and reusable assets that support marketing teams
  • Develop and refine measurement frameworks that connect digital behavior to pipeline, revenue, and customer journey outcomes
  • Partner closely with teams across Trial, SEO, Paid Media, Content, Web Experience, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations
  • Identify measurement gaps and recommend KPIs that align with business goals and campaign objectives
  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations
  • Build and improve attribution and journey measurement approaches across channels and funnel stages
  • Support experimentation efforts by defining measurement plans, analyzing test results, and sharing findings that inform optimization
  • Improve self-service analytics through dashboards, templates, playbooks, and documentation that reduce ad hoc requests
  • Lead or support analytics office hours and help teams strengthen their measurement and data fluency
  • Manage inbound requests with professionalism, clear communication, and strong follow-through
