Behavior Therapist (BT) — ABA Therapy

Starting at $24–$26/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No Evenings or Weekends

ANNA Autism Care is hiring passionate Behavior Therapists (BTs) to deliver evidence-based, 1 on 1 therapy to children with Autism using the Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. If you're looking for a career in autism therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or child development, you will receive extensive training and clinical supervision when working at our center-based Autism care center.

What ANNA Autism Care Offers:

• Competitive Pay + Signing Bonus: $24–$26/hr starting pay. Earn $126 upon completing onboarding training and an additional $400 after 6 months.

• Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and paid time off.

• Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. No evenings, no weekends.

• Full-Time Hours: 25–35 hours per week with a stable clinic-based schedule working with 5-7 clients in a clinical pod.

• Paid Training & Weekly Supervision: Extensive paid onboarding plus weekly clinical supervision and ongoing mentorship from BCBAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision to teach new skills in communication and socialization while reducing any challenging, injurious behaviors.

  • Collect accurate session data and communicate progress with clinical supervisors.

  • Build positive relationships with children and families, providing caregivers with daily updates.

  • Maintain a safe, organized and engaging therapy environment.

Qualifications:

  • Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

  • Passionate about working with children with Autism and eager to grow in the ABA field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field preferred (not required).

  • Experience working with children preferred.

  • Able to perform physically active tasks: sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining close proximity to clients during sessions.
