Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Company: M’Aiken Bright Futures, LLC Service Areas: In-Home Services Throughout South Carolina Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About Us M’Aiken Bright Futures is a family-centered ABA provider committed to implementing high-quality, evidence-based services for children and families in the home setting. We serve communities across South Carolina with a strong focus on compassion, consistency, and meaningful progress. Our team is dedicated to supporting both our clients and our staff through strong supervision, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

Position Summary We are seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy to children in their homes. RBTs work one-on-one with clients to implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, energetic, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by the BCBA • Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes • Support skill development in communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living tasks • Follow all clinical and safety protocols • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and concerns • Participate in supervision and ongoing training • Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines

Qualifications • Active RBT certification in good standing (preferred) • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes • Ability to work independently while following clinical direction
