Status: Full-time
Summary:
The Director of Business Solutions will oversee the strategic planning and analytics functions of the Corporate Partnerships department. Leading the Business Solutions team, this role is responsible for developing innovative partnership strategies, commercial opportunities, and revenue-driving solutions across the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix properties.
Working closely with Partnership Development and Corporate Partnership Sales, the Director will play a critical role in maximizing partnership value, supporting revenue generation efforts, and delivering customized, data-driven solutions that align partner objectives with organizational goals.
Location:
  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership amp; Revenue Growth
  • Lead the Business Solutions Team in creating, measuring, and communicating value across the commercial enterprise ecosystem.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership revenue opportunities that align with organizational objectives, enhance brand equity, and drive incremental business growth across the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix properties.
  • Partner with Corporate Partnerships leadership to develop and execute strategies focused on partner retention, revenue expansion, portfolio optimization, and continuous improvement of departmental processes and best practices.
  • Contribute to annual business planning, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives designed to support the long-term growth and success of the Corporate Partnerships department.
Analytics amp; Performance Insights
  • Execute day-to-day analysis, evaluation, and reporting of partnership performance, revenue generation, sales activity, executive productivity, and league benchmarking to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze current and historical sales performance data, industry benchmarks, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improve overall sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor developments across the sponsorship landscape to identify emerging trends, innovative partnership models, and evolving consumer behaviors that can create competitive advantages for the organization.
  • Serve as a strategic resource to senior leadership by preparing executive-level reports, presentations, forecasts, and recommendations related to revenue performance, partnership strategy, inventory utilization, and business planning.
Partnership Strategy amp; Inventory Optimization
  • Oversee the management, valuation, tracking, and optimization of all corporate partnership inventory, including game day assets, hospitality products, digital and social media assets, experiential activations, signage, and emerging commercial opportunities.
  • Direct comprehensive inventory pricing analyses and valuation exercises, ensuring partnership assets are appropriately positioned in the marketplace and aligned with organizational revenue objectives.
Sales Enablement amp; Business Development Support
  • Lead the development, refinement, and quality control of all departmental sales materials, partnership proposals, presentations, valuation models, and client-facing collateral to ensure consistency, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
Leadership amp; Operational Excellence
  • Establish and monitor departmental performance metrics, reporting standards, and operational workflows to improve efficiency, accountability, and decision-making.
  • Support the evaluation and management of third-party vendors, consultants, and strategic partners while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to maximize business outcomes.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and professional growth, while providing ongoing performance management and career development support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, business solutions, activation, or a related field; sports and entertainment industry experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of partnership strategy, sponsorship sales, and revenue generation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with KORE Software or similar CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing team members.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
