Job Title:Clinical Research AssistantDepartment:Medicine | Psychiatry

This position requires traveling to research participants' homes to collect specimens and data; therefore, a valid driver's license is required

The Clinical Research Assistant will provide assistance in support of clinical research studies focused on the biological mechanisms (circadian rhythms and gut-brain axis) that underlie the behavioral (and other) side effects of chemotherapy (e.g., fatigue, mood, cognitive impairment, diarrhea) in breast cancer patients; assist with implementation and coordination of studies; assist with regulatory documents; participate in recruitment of study participants; perform behavioral or diagnostic testing; retrieve stool and blood samples; perform biosample processing in our lab; assist with collection maintenance & reporting of clinical research data.

This position requires traveling to research participants' homes to collect specimens and data; therefore, a valid driver's license is required.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, or medical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 0 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
