Job description

The Program Manager, Flight Training Analytics & Strategy, plays a critical role in taking complex, ambiguous business challenges and translating them into clear, actionable insights that inform leadership decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution - bringing together data, business context, operational considerations, and technical inputs to drive well-informed decisions.

As Program Manager of the Flight Training Analytics & Strategy team, you will be accountable for both strategic insight and disciplined execution-leading complex initiatives from problem framing through leader readout and implementation alignment.

As Program Manager of the Flight Training Analytics & Strategy team, you will be expected to:

  • Evaluate performance, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs using a mix of quantitative analysis, qualitative inputs, and strategic frameworks
  • Design, build and own models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis, integrating data, operational realities, and stakeholder perspectives
  • Ensure models and analysis are transparent, well-documented, and scalable for reuse
  • Lead end to end strategic and analytics initiatives, from scoping and approach definition through delivery and leader readout
  • Create concise, compelling one-pagers and presentations that translate complex work into clear narratives and recommendations
  • Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Coordinate inputs from cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, momentum, and high-quality outputs
  • Identify risks, gaps, or changes in direction early and adjust plans to keep work moving forward
  • Help connect our analytics, automation strategy, and business leaders to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with capabilities
  • Serve as a thought partner and mentor to other team members, raising the bar on problem structuring, execution, and communication
  • Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
