Job description

Flexible hours. Meaningful work. Lasting impact. Become a PRN (as-needed) Classroom or Residential Assistant and help make every day a success for those we support.

Work as little as once per month, up to 40 hours per week

Schedule and pay: varies by campus and shift

Available shifts include:

1st, 2nd, 3rd or weekends at main campus

12 hour shifts at Center for Autism (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)

Job duties include:

  • Assisting students with daily activities, general functions and behavior modification programs
  • Ensuring a smooth transition between shifts by being on-time, organized and ready for students. 
  • Performing cleaning tasks

  • High School diploma required
  • Valid Driver's license preferred
  • Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism preferred but not required (most important is to show up and want to care for others)
  • Candidate should be able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screen. (no felonies, no convictions involving abuse, assault, neglect)
