About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under BCBA supervision, providing one-on-one therapy to clients in need of ABA therapy services. You will play a critical role in implementing behavior support plans and supporting clients in both skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions with clients in alignment with treatment plans.
  • Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to refine and execute effective behavior support plans.
  • Support clients in learning essential life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
  • Maintain ethical ABA therapy standards as outlined by the BACB and our company policies.
  • Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews, CPR certification, and in-service training.
  • Upload updated credentials (e.g., RBT certification, liability insurance) to the Medicaid portal as required.

Qualifications:
