Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (required)
  • Fluent English (required)
  • Active Florida Medicaid Provider enrollment (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance 
  • Ability to pass all required background screening requirements 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a BCBA coursework sequence. 
  • Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. 
  • Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously develop clinical skills. 

Responsibilities:
  •  Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and/or center settings. 
  •  Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA. 
  •  Collect accurate behavioral data and complete clinical documentation within required timeframes. 
  •  Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. 
  •  Maintain professionalism while providing high-quality, ethical services.
