Minimum Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (required)

Fluent English (required)

Active Florida Medicaid Provider enrollment (preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable transportation

Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Ability to pass all required background screening requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a BCBA coursework sequence.

Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously develop clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and/or center settings.

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA.

Collect accurate behavioral data and complete clinical documentation within required timeframes.

Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.

Maintain professionalism while providing high-quality, ethical services.
