Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- At least one year of experience in a school-based setting
- Familiarity with behavioral assessment, data collection, and evidence-based interventions
- Ability to work effectively with students across elementary and middle school levels
- Strong communication and consultative skills, both with students and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze student needs
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ behavioral and academic success
- Train and provide ongoing guidance to school staff members regarding behavioral interventions and best practices
- Document progress and adjust strategies through data-driven decision-making
