Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) In Clinic

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will have the opportunity to work closely with our center director to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children and families in our Avondale clinic.

About the Role

Position Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification and Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing

  • Experience with a variety of behavior analytic assessments and treatment approaches

  • Strong understanding of BACB supervision requirements

  • Ability to deliver and receive clear, compassionate feedback

  • Growth mindset and leadership potential

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve a caseload of clients in our Avondale clinic, providing ABA therapy services
