Job description

SIGN ON BONUS: This position is eligible for a $1000 Sign On Bonus
Our School Based Adaptive Program is seeking one-on-one Behavior Interventionists (BI's) to join our growing team. A Bachelor's degree or experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), education, or childcare is preferred. Staff training and professional development are a core value of our program, so no experience is required. We will train the right person to be a successful BI!
Candidates will be strong team players, solution oriented, communicative, flexible, reliable, and are excited to learn how to support students best through prescribed interventions under the theory of ABA. This position places candidates directly in public schools; however, this can be anywhere within Franklin & Grand Isle counties so flexibility with placement location is a must.
This position comes with 9 weeks of paid vacation including 3-4 weeks of vacation in the summer months, an additional 40 hours of paid time off, a floating holiday, and an extensive benefits package. This position also qualifies for $5,250 of student loan forgiveness after successful completion of the 6-month introductory period.
