Location: Maryland

Job Summary
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals on their recovery journey? As a Peer Recovery Coach, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients, families, and healthcare providers by assessing needs, facilitating treatment, and coordinating ongoing care for those with Substance Use Disorders. This is more than a job-it's an opportunity to use your lived experience and professional expertise to empower others, inspire hope, and promote long-term recovery.
Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma required

Experience Requirements
Applicants must have completed a minimum of PRC Academy training or hold and maintain a valid PRCS certification. Attendance at PRC refresher trainings will be required as part of the role.
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • The candidate must be actively engaged in his/her own recovery program with a minimum of three years of demonstrated personal recovery and sustained abstinence from alcohol and/or drug use.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a peer recovery coach

Salary Range: Minimum 17.76/hour - Maximum 26.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
