Job description

A+ Staffing is hiring hospitality staff to support Game Day operations across various areas, including the Boulevard (student & alumni tailgate event), the Training Table (collegiate athlete dining area) and Stadium Club (premium suites).
Positions include:
Beer Server on the Boulevard – Busy fast paced outdoor tailgate event. Beer servers are dedicated to one student or alumni organization’s tent for the season. The Boulevard activates prior to each home game. Shifts are approximately 5 hours long. Shift times begin approximately 5 hours before kickoff. TABC Certification required.
Food Service Workers and Utility Workers for the Training Table – duties include setting up chafers and service areas, replenishing food and beverage stations, cleaning buffet and service area, washing dishes using a commercial dishwasher (Utility), and other tasks as assigned. Staff may be offered additional shifts outside of SMU home games.
Suite Servers and Runners for the Stadium Club – Polished, professional, and guest focused staff will provide high end service to premium suite holders and guests. Shifts are 8-10 hours long. Food and beverage experience and TABC Certification are required.

We are seeking staff who can commit to working all or most games.
NOTE: Game times have not been announced. Shift times vary based on game time.
Location: Gerald J Ford Stadium - 5800 Ownby Dr, Dallas, TX 75205
Requirements:
Must have a current TABC certificate for Boulevard and Stadium Club positions.
Must come to work with a positive attitude.
Must complete set up and tear down tasks.
Must keep accurate inventory records.
Must serve alcohol responsibly (if applicable) and adhere to all service regulations.
Must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.
Pay: $21 per hour for Beer Servers, Suite Servers and Runners, $22 per hour for Utility Workers
