Job Summary
Schoolcraft College is in need of friendly front of house service staff at The Craft Grille. The on-call Craft Grille Beer Tender is responsible for table service duties, such as greeting guest, taking food and beverage orders, preparing beverages, using a point-of-sale system, and communicating with the kitchen staff.

Job Duties
  1. Clearly communicate with internal and external customers
  2. Input food and beverage orders in the point-of-sale system
  3. Ability to accurately count cash and make change
  4. Prepare beverages
  5. Deliver food and beverage to customers
  6. Opening, mid-day and closing tasks
  7. Ensure the dining room is a clean and sanitary establishment

Required Qualifications
  1. High school diploma/GED.
  2. Minimum 18 years of age.
  3. Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. A friendly disposition and the willingness to learn.
