Job description

Pay Range: $31.40-$34.97 per hour
Location: Portland, OR (routes start and end daily in Portland)
Schedule:
Full-time Day shift (home every night)
A Day in the Life as a Driver:
Drivers play a critical role in the success of Maletis Beverage. In this hands-on role, you'll deliver beverage products to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and other retail customers while providing excellent customer service. As the face of our company, you'll build strong relationships with customers and work closely with Sales Representatives and Merchandisers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in delivering great service.
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver orders safely, accurately, and on time along an assigned route
  • Load and unload product at each stop
  • Check in deliveries with customers and ensure accuracy
  • Provide professional, friendly customer service
  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Follow all safety and DOT regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized truck
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

What We're Looking For:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Class A CDL required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Customer-focused with good communication skills

Physical Requirements:
  • Lift/carry heavy beverage products regularly
  • Push/pull loaded hand trucks and equipment
