Description Boxed Beef Production Scheduler IIWe are looking for a JBS is searching for a Boxed Beef Production Scheduler IIforour Beef USA team.This role will be based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO.Responsibilities:Create production schedules for boxed beef produced at specified facilityProvide product availability to sales for boxed beef processesManage Raw Materials to adhere to LCF (Least Cost Formulation) in order to minimize raw material costManage product age rotation with plant personnel to eliminate dated product related issues/costsDrive P&L awareness and profitability performance in specified Boxed Beef operation. Includes efficiencies, material usage, lean point measuresWork hand in hand with plant production leaders to coordinate PPH targets and actuals that feed production schedules and availability reportingWork closely with plant Scheduling Managers for primal availability, cattle mix and changes in head countManage substitutions on customer orders and keep sales force informed of all changes in order contents or statusEnsure order prints and schedules are printed/released to plant accurately and timely dailyMeet KPI's for Order Fill, Make Sheet Accuracy, On Time Departure and On Time Delivery for all ordersMaintain data within Order Management System and spreadsheet formulas that drive constraints, capacities and accurate forecastsOccasional travel to facilities to better understand the business and issues that they faceOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor?s Degree inAnimal Science or related field preferredExperience in Scheduling and Demand Planning, Production, and/or Analytics PreferredAbove average skills in Microsoft Office (Excel)In depth knowledge of Production and Inventory Control ProcessesStrong communication, computer and decision-making skillsPreferred experience in Trim and Ground Beef OperationsDetail oriented, team player, leadership skillsand strong multi-tasking skillsAs a salaried position with the company,you may be required totravel at some pointto other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
