Are you looking for a role where every day brings something new, and you get to make a real impact? Innovative Pest Solutions is seeking a full-time Exterminator - Termite and Bed Bug Heat Treatment Tech in Los Angeles County.


WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Imagine earning $50,000 โ€“ $85,000/year in base pay plus performance-based pay, enjoying full-time stability, and having all your equipment, tools, and a company vehicle provided.

Your work schedule will be full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. Some days may require earlier starts, later finishes, longer hours, or weekend work, depending on service needs. As an added bonus, you'll start each day from your own home-no need to report to a central office. I


YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As an Exterminator - Termite and Bed Bug Heat Treatment Tech, your day will involve performing structural heat treatments for drywood termites and bed bugs, setting up and operating heating equipment and power systems, and installing and monitoring temperature sensors to ensure effective treatments. You will safely manage heaters, fans, and containment systems, and take care to prepare structures before treatment begins and restore them once the job is done. Customer service is always a priority, and you will present yourself professionally at every job.


EXTERMINATOR - TERMITE AND BED BUG HEAT TREATMENT TECH REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 โ€“ 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
  • Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work early mornings and occasional extended hours

Preferred but not required:

  • Pest control experience
  • Experience with structural heat or fumigation
  • California Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator License
  • Pest control or construction experience
