We're looking for someone who is beauty-obsessed, deeply tapped into social-first thinking and Gen Z culture, and naturally inspired by branding, typography, packaging, and visual storytelling. WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE:

At Not Your Mother's Haircare, we exist to do hair differently. We create life-tested clean haircare for every strand and season, designed to take on real hair needs, from volume and hydration to frizz control and definition, without overcomplicating your routine.

  • Assist with influencer mailers, PR kits, retail materials, and other print collateral tied to campaigns and launches
  • Help maintain organized packaging files, templates, and systems to support the broader creative team
  • Contribute to the design of meeting materials, internal brand communications, and other collateral that brings the brand to life, including tools that support storytelling across sales touchpoints
