The Art Director is responsible for leading and executing brand, packaging, and digital design initiatives across all product lines. This role ensures visual consistency by developing and maintaining brand guidelines, directing creative execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Art Director also mentors junior designers and integrates innovative approaches, including AI-driven design, to elevate overall brand presence.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee brand, packaging, and advertising design executions across typography, color, and layout standards, ensuring strict alignment with brand guidelines
  • Creative Asset Management: Oversee key visual assets across packaging, advertising, displays, and catalogs, while also supporting selected digital assets to ensure consistent brand identity
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines (templates, color palettes, typography, imagery) to ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, sales) to deliver integrated creative solutions and manage multiple complex projects

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in brand, packaging, and digital design within the beauty, consumer goods, or related industries
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong expertise in typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
  • In-depth knowledge of print production processes and vendor management
  • Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proven ability to manage and mentor teams
