From comprehensive mental health care, to individualized services for persons with developmental disabilities, to family education and support services, we are here to help. The Role:
As a ACT Functional Support Specialist, you will be providing recovery focused community and home-based supportive counseling and therapeutic services, as well as linkage to and consultation with community resources for adults with serious mental illness. 


What we're looking for: 
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field such as Social Work, Psychology or Education is required
Experience with adults with mental health issues and their families preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
Hold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
