Key Responsibilities
  • Grooming Services: Deliver high-quality haircuts, precision fades, beard trims, and traditional hot towel shaves.
  • Member Consultation: Provide personalized consultations to help members achieve their ideal style while adhering to club etiquette and professional standards.
  • Sanitation & Hygiene: Strictly adhere to state board health and safety standards by sterilizing tools (clippers, shears, razors) and maintaining a pristine workstation between every appointment.
  • Member Relations: Anticipate the needs of high-net-worth members, maintaining a welcoming and highly confidential environment.
  • Inventory Management: Track usage and assist in ordering premium grooming products, hair tonics, and shaving creams.
  • Scheduling & Sales: Manage daily appointment books, process payments/member chits, and recommend retail products.

  • Licensing: Valid state Barbering or Cosmetology License (e.g., California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of proven barbershop or salon experience
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication, a polished appearance, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Availability: Must be available to work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 945am - 3:00pm.
