As the Spa's welcoming superstar, the Greeter/Cashier transforms the reception area into a haven of hospitality! You'll be the first smile guests see, greeting everyone with genuine warmth and cheerful charm. Whether answering phones or assisting visitors in person, you'll handle appointments, reservations, and questions with effortless grace - making each guest feel like a VIP. Every interaction is a chance to brighten someone's day and keep the spa's energy flowing smoothly!
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcoming Wonders: Greet every guest with a warm smile and positive attitude, making check-ins and check-outs feel extra special!
  • Attendance Ace: Be reliably present and ready to help, keeping the spa's energy flowing strong.
  • Grooming Guru: Look polished in your uniform and name tag, setting a calm, professional tone!
  • Finance Flair & Communication Champ: Handle cash and bookings accurately, answer questions, and promote services with enthusiasm and clarity.
  • Spa Superhero: Assist guests quickly, keep refreshment areas sparkling, support your team, and report issues right away for a smooth spa day!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; must demonstrate strong financial and arithmetic skills.
  • Bring a positive, upbeat personality with a passion for outstanding guest service and effective communication.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay detail-oriented, and solve problems for both guests and coworkers, even under pressure.
  • Listen actively, clarify concerns, and maintain composure and objectivity in fast-paced situations.
