Position: Business Development Center (BDC) Associate

Are you a proactive communicator with a talent for building relationships? Raceway Chevrolet, a premier automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Associate who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and internet leads while responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Qualify leads, answer basic vehicle and financing questions, and schedule and confirm appointments for test drives, appraisals, and sales consultations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, complete daily follow-up tasks, and re-engage unsold, missed, and inactive leads.
  • Communicate with Sales Consultants and Management to ensure a smooth transition from lead to showroom visit.
  • Build strong customer relationships while working toward lead response, appointment, and conversion goals.
  • Participate in training and sales meetings while following dealership policies and customer privacy requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, dealership management software, and basic office applications.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
