BDC Associate - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this role, you will use your computer skills, product knowledge, and outgoing personality to generate business through our online channels and book appointments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about vehicles and services to our customers.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or sales leads.
  • Managing internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channels.
  • Setting up customer appointments for the sales department.
  • Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales
  • Grow internet sales business and expand current customer base; measured through monthly online percentage.
  • Maintain a positive, and professional attitude toward customers, vendors and employees.

Pay Range: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
