We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic part-time associates for the team store at Acrisure Arena, home of the Coachella Valley Firebirds, Coachella Valley Lakers, as well as concerts/events ranging from Paul McCartney, Shakira, to Professional Bull Riding.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Game Day/Event Retail Associate, you'll interact with customers, provide product information, assist with purchases, maintain the sales floor, and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and engage fans with a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist fans in finding and selecting merchandise.
  • Address fan inquiries and questions professionally.
  • Operate heat press for jersey customization.
  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
  • (Concerts) Handle merchandise purchase transactions. Ensure customer is satisfied with product being purchased before completing the transaction.
  • (Concerts) Count in all product received; count out all product at the end of the show.
  • (Concerts) Help set up merch booth and product displays based on guidance from Team Store management and client specifications.
  • (Concerts) Help maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout festival or event.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: Starting at $22.28/hour
Usual Shift Start: Between 3-5pmShift End: Ends when the game/event ends usually no later than 11 pm for games, later for concerts
