BCBA Assessor (Remote)Location: Fully Remote, Open NationwidePart-Time | $50–$65/hour | Volume-Based | Hiring ASAPWhy Work With House of Hearts ABA?

House of Hearts ABA is a heart-first ABA company that believes families deserve fast, accurate access to care, and that starts with getting assessments done right and done efficiently. We are looking for an experienced BCBA Assessor to join our team in a fully remote, part-time capacity, and to be a key part of how quickly and effectively families move into services.

This is a flexible, volume-based role built for a BCBA who wants meaningful part-time work, competitive pay, and the ability to work from anywhere.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct Remote Assessments: Complete initial and ongoing ABA assessments entirely via telehealth, using strong clinical judgment to gather accurate, reliable data remotely.

  • Work Efficiently: Move through assessments with speed and precision, without sacrificing clinical quality or thoroughness.

  • Document in Central Reach: Accurately complete assessment documentation and reporting within our EHR system.

  • Support Volume Fluctuation: Take on a flexible caseload of assessments that varies week to week, ranging from lighter weeks to higher-volume stretches.

  • Communicate Clearly: Work closely with families and internal teams, including in Spanish or another second language where needed, to ensure a smooth assessment experience.

  • Stay Compliant & Ethical: Ensure every assessment aligns with BACB ethics, state regulations, and payer requirements.

What We're Looking For
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing

  • Proven, hands-on experience conducting remote/telehealth ABA assessments

  • Experience working within Central Reach

  • Bilingual candidates strongly preferred

  • Deep working knowledge of assessment tools and methodology, with the ability to conduct assessments both thoroughly and efficiently

  • Comfortable with a volume-based caseload, with the ability to consistently take on 7 to 13 assessments per month, some weeks lighter (2–3), some weeks heavier (8–10)

  • Reliable, tech-comfortable, and able to start quickly
