RightWay ABA is a woman-owned, BCBA-led business. RightWay ABA focuses on offering in-home ABA and center based therapy for children ages 2-18 years old. RightWay ABA offers training and support for a Behavior Technician (BT) to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct Client Support
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.

  • Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.

  • Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors.

  • Implement behavior‑reduction plans to address challenging behaviors.

  • Collect accurate, real‑time data on client progress.

Session Preparation & Documentation
  • Prepare materials needed for therapy sessions.

  • Maintain detailed session notes and documentation according to company and insurance standards.

  • Track skill acquisition and behavior trends using data‑collection software .

Collaboration & Communication
  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs about client progress and challenges.

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.

  • Provide feedback to caregivers when appropriate and under BCBA guidance.

Professional Conduct
  • Follow ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

  • Uphold client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
