As an RBT, you will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in providing support to enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families.
Duties:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior to monitor progress and effectiveness of interventions.
