At Vibrant ABA, we believe great care starts with great people. We’re building a team of thoughtful, driven professionals who care deeply not just about outcomes, but about people. If you pair clinical excellence with genuine compassion and unwavering integrity, this is an opportunity to do the kind of work that truly matters. Plus, we’re launching a community initiative this summer where you’ll get the opportunity to be reminded why you entered this field in the first place. Our operations are guided by a clinical approach that truly serves.

About Vibrant ABA
Vibrant ABA is a growing, values-driven ABA therapy company serving children and families across New York City, North Carolina, and additional states coming soon.

  • Medicaid-based, with expanding commercial insurance coverage
  • Committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Culture rooted in accountability, growth, and clinical excellence

If you’re a clinically passionate BCBA who values doing things the right way and wants to be part of a team that truly takes quality seriously, we want to hear from you.

The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact
This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.

You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

This role is ideal for clinicians who value critical thinking, strong relationships, and building sustainable clinical outcomes.

We currently have opportunities for both after-school in-home cases and a highly sought-after daytime position in a daycare setting.

The daytime case offers a consistent schedule of treatment:
• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking predictable daytime hours, strong work-life balance, and the ability to build a full-time caseload.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Must be willing and able to go in-person to supervise
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus!

What We’re Looking For
We’re not just hiring for credentials, we’re hiring for character. Our ideal candidate is:

  • Hard-working: You take pride in your clinical work and show up fully
  • Ethical: You lead with integrity and professionalism
  • Compassionate: You connect with clients and families in a meaningful, human way
  • Detail-oriented: Your clinical work is thoughtful, thorough, and high-quality
  • Growth-oriented: You are committed to continuous learning and clinical excellence
  • Collaborative: You contribute to a team that supports and elevates one another

Benefits

Why Join Vibrant ABA?
Because this isn’t just a role, it’s an opportunity to do meaningful clinical work with a team that values quality, flexibility, and support.

At Vibrant ABA, you’ll be part of a company that is:

  • Growing with intention, where people come first
  • Focused on quality over shortcuts
  • Committed to supporting our BCBA team, our BTs, and the families we serve

Benefits include:

  • Health insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Reimbursement for client materials and supplies

Compensation
We believe exceptional clinical work deserves strong and transparent compensation.

  • Part-time Hourly Rate: $90–$100
  • Final offer based on experience, skillset, and clinical expertise

If you’re ready to bring your expertise, heart, and integrity to a team that truly values them, we’d love to meet you!
