Mindful Sprouts is currently hiring for BCBA jobs in Sunrise FL, providing a meaningful opportunity to support children with exceptionalities through individualized ABA therapy. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work across client homes, schools, and community settings to help clients reach their full potential. In this role, you'll conduct behavioral evaluations, train caregivers, and design personalized behavior and support plans. Additionally, you'll coordinate and assess the effectiveness of functional assessments, education strategies, and intervention plans for each client. As a clinical supervisor, you will also mentor Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators, ensuring high-quality service delivery and consistent growth. Responsibilities:

  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Teach Registered Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training.
  • Be responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conduct weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Update client program and materials.
  • Arrive at appointments, meetings, training, etc. at the scheduled time and return phone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion.
  • Conduct self in a professional manner and treat all clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and in a culturally sensitive manner.
  • Meet regularly with Clinical Director and notify her/him immediately of issues impacting the client's progress and satisfaction.
  • Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures and complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a billable caseload and document billable hours according to state and federal regulation.
  • Participate in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial to Mindful Sprouts and professional growth.
  • Adhere to the mission, vision, and values of Mindful Sprouts.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related field required; Ph.D. preferred.
  • BCBA certification and/or licensed professional.
  • At least 1 year of experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses with a full range of skills and abilities (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior-analytic therapies.
  • Experience with staff training and supervision.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work well as part of a team.
  • Must have successfully passed a criminal background screening.
