Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conducts intake assessments for patients using provided curriculum
  • Creates skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs and strategies
  • Participates in interdisciplinary collaboration/ meetings with educators, speech, and occupational therapists
  • Analyzes client data and makes necessary program modifications
  • Models implementation of treatment for BCaBAs and RBTs
  • Evaluates staff performance, provides training, and feedback
  • Completes progress reports in accordance with structured deadlines
  • Conducts patient re-assessments when necessary
  • Conducts caregiver training as required
  • Provides exemplary leadership through hands-on training and modeling of ethical conduct

Minimum Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Applied Behavior Analysis or human service-related field
  • Current BCBA Certification
  • Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments
  • Experience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plans
  • Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments preferred
  • Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
