Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment and build strong connections with families.
- Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with Autism.
- Spanish-speaking (fluency preferred, conversational required).
- Willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Ideal Experience:
- Education or early childhood development
- Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Childcare, babysitting, after-school programs, or camp counseling
- Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
Additional Info:
- Services are provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
- Positions start part-time; looking for candidates willing to make a 6-month commitment.
