Role Overview

As an In-Center Hybrid BCBA serving the Provo clinic, you will:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality ABA in-center (primary) with supplemental remote work
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with families, center teams, and multidisciplinary partners
  • Collect and analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development

Schedule Structure:
3 days in-center (Provo clinic)
2 days remote (Telehealth, planning, supervision, documentation, family support)

Requirements

Qualifications
  • BCBA certification (required)
  • Utah LBA certification (required)
  • Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Spanish fluency is a plus!
