Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School

Employment Type: W2 Contract
Schedule: 37.5 Hours Per Week | Weekdays
Contract Length: 39 Weeks
Start Date: August 15, 2026
Openings: 4

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $80.00

Estimated Total Contract Earnings: $117,000.00

Key Details

Join one of Washington's most diverse school districts as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this school-based role, you'll develop and oversee behavior intervention programs, collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams, and support students through evidence-based behavioral services. Orientation is provided through the Amergis Tacoma office, with first-day instructions shared prior to the start date.

Minimum Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • School-based behavioral services experience preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year of pediatric experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification, health clearance, and TB documentation (if required)
  • Must comply with all professional standards and applicable federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
