Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based (Manor, TX)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, and behavioral support services to students with academic and behavioral needs. This role includes conducting evaluations, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and supporting school staff in delivering effective behavioral programming.

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Setting: School-Based

  • Hourly Rate: $70
Assignment Overview
  • Provide direct support to students with behavioral needs
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and behavioral staff
  • Conduct evaluations, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and participate in ARD meetings
  • Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with school teams to ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies
  • Utilize MaxView/Matterworx for documentation and timekeeping
Minimum Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
  • Current CPR certification (if required)
  • TB screening or chest x-ray (if applicable)
  • Current health certificate as required
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
