What You'll Do

As a Clinic and School-Based BCBA, you will:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide consultation and behavioral support within school settings to promote positive student outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
  • Train and coach school staff on evidence-based behavior management techniques and classroom interventions.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) providing direct services.
  • Monitor student progress through ongoing data collection and analysis and adjust treatment recommendations as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized educational and behavioral planning.
  • Complete timely documentation while maintaining the highest standards of clinical and ethical practice.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
