Your future role on our team

As an intermediate environmental professional, you'llsupport a wide range of project development and execution projects in theindustrial (energy, mining, linear projects), commercial and private sectors.This includes biophysical characterization, impact and social acceptabilitystudies as well as approval and permit applications.

You'll also perform various tasks within amultidisciplinary team and coordinate your work with project managers and teamleaders to deliver mandates.

  • Support project managers in preparing proposals, including strategy, work plan, budget and more
  • Help deliver environmental studies as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Lead and participate in field assessments
  • Lead and participate in preparing environmental permit and authorization applications
  • Develop methodologies, prepare sampling plans and ensure data entry
  • Lead or draft baseline studies to support permit applications for development projects
  • Ensure project budgets and schedules are met
  • Maintain effective and constructive relationships with clients and Synergis/BBA team members
  • Promote BBA's environmental services, both internally to colleagues and externally to current and potential clients
  • Participate in innovation efforts, developing new services and communication initiatives within the Environment group
