What You'll Do
  • Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family member
  • Support providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Room patients, take and document vital signs, and update charts in the EMR
  • Administer medications and injections per provider orders, following all documentation and safety protocols
  • Keep patient records up to date, including medications, allergies, and medical history
  • Answer phone calls, respond to patient needs, and route messages appropriately
  • Help keep clinic operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
  • Active and appropriate Medical Assistant or nursing certification/licensure required
  • Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and nursing practices
