CNA/Concierge

Bayview Healthcare is looking to fill CNA/Concierge positions. The CNA Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for short-term patients transferring from the hospital to our nursing home. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing patient satisfaction, and acting as a point of contact for patient concerns and questions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills and demonstrate compassion and professionalism in all interactions.

* Current Florida CNA is required

Requirements of the CNA/Concierge:

Current Florida CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required.

Experience of the CNA/Concierge:

Key Responsibilities
  • Hospital-to-Nursing Home Transition Support:

    • Greet and welcome patients and families upon arrival.

    • Assist with settling patients into their rooms, ensuring comfort and familiarity with the facility.

    • Provide an orientation to the facility, including amenities, schedules, and services available.

  • Patient Satisfaction and Advocacy:

    • Serve as a primary contact for patients and families regarding non-clinical concerns.

    • Regularly check in with patients to ensure their needs are met and provide updates to the appropriate teams as necessary.

    • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and staff to address and resolve concerns promptly.

  • Customer Service Excellence:

    • Build positive relationships with patients and families to enhance their experience.

    • Provide information about facility services, including therapy, dining, and recreational activities.

    • Offer assistance with coordinating appointments or follow-ups as needed.
