Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department
Join Our Emergency Department Team at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Hospital
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center stands as a distinguished institution, encompassing a 420-bed teaching hospital. The Emergency Department is a 42 -bed Level 2 Trauma Center, a comprehensive stroke center, and home to Maryland's only adult burn center.
Weekly Working Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: 12-hour night shift
Johns Hopkins is a world-renowned leader in patient care, serving the greater Baltimore community and patients from across the globe. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff teams provide support throughout our many specialty departments and centers, from primary visits to emergency care.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) (Required),
  • Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
  • Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
  • RN - Registered Nurse License (Required)
  • CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
  • Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required)
  • 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred)
  • 1 year of Emergency Department experience (Preferred)

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
