Certified Midwife – Suffolk, VA
Bayview Physicians Group is a progressive, independent multi-specialty group serving the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Bayview is seeking Certified Midwives to join its Obstetrics & Gynecology team in Suffolk, VA. 
This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate midwives who are committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will be part of a collaborative care team that values communication, clinical excellence, and continuity of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Full-time position with a mix of hospital and clinic-based care
  • Full-scope midwifery practice including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum and gynecologic care
  • Manage labor and deliveries
  • Opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced OB/GYNs
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic tests
