LPN Or RN Baylor Nurse

Work 12-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday and earn an extra 6 hours per weekend. Weekend Shift Differential Pay $5.00 to $7.00

We offer services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and dementia/Alzheimer's care. Our goal is to provide this dignified care to all of our residents in a well-maintained, home-like environment. This level of care would not be possible without our compassionate and focused staff working with residents, families, and physicians to create individualized and effective care and treatment plans.

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION WHERE YOU WORK 6:45AM TO 7:15PM AND AN EXTRRECEIVE A 6 HOUR PER WEEKND WORKED.

Brief description of LPN or RN Baylor Nurse - Under the direction of the Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing Services. You are responsible for supervision of assigned staff and providing quality nursing care to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning and coordinate nursing care in accordance with Facility policies and procedures, state requirements. Department of Health regulations, and Federal Health Care Administration regulations. Administers and monitors resident medications and treatments per physician's orders. and other individualized patient instructions.
