President BayCare Medical Group Summary:
  • Responsible for the strategic direction, clinical performance, and operational effectiveness of BayCare's rapidly growing multi-specialty medical group which is a critical driver of BayCare's integrated care delivery model.
  • In partnership with senior leadership, hospital presidents, clinical institute leaders and executive leadership, this role advances a high-performing, coordinated medical group that delivers exceptional patient outcomes, outstanding patient and physician experience aligned with BayCare's mission.
  • The President leads the transformation of the medical group with key priorities including physician enterprise growth, value-based care, integration with Clinical Institutes, and care model redesign.
  • Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement while advancing growth, clinical excellence, physician engagement, and financial performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education: MD or DO degree; board certification required.
License: Eligible for Florida licensure
Required Experience:
  • 10 years of clinical experience, 7 years' experience in executive leadership over a medical group or ambulatory operations preferably in a large matrixed health system.
  • Significant physician leadership experience in a large, complex health system.
  • Proven success driving growth and improving clinical and financial performance.

Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
