BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Nurse Manager for our Wilmington, MA Medicare Certified Senior Living office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout the North Boston area territory.

  • Competitive compensation package
    • Base Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on qualifications
    • Bonus Potential: Quarterly bonus incentives eligible to earn up to $3,000 per quarter

As a HHMC Nurse Manager, your day may look like this!

  • Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop clinicians to provide exceptional care and patient outcomes.
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, helping drive clinical excellence, quality initiatives, and operational success.
  • Work closely with the Rehab Manager (where applicable), Director, and DCO to ensure cohesive and consistent management of all field staff.
  • Provide clinical oversight and leadership to a team of home health professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, regulatory readiness, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Partner with office leadership to ensure appropriate clinician-to-client matching based on patient needs and staff expertise.
  • Ensure development, implementation, and updates to each client's individualized plan of care through ongoing assessment and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Coordinate client care, referrals, and case management activities while serving as a clinical resource and advocate for clients and families.
  • Coach and support clinicians through patient care challenges, complex cases, and professional development opportunities.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top clinical talent.
  • Monitor quality outcomes and support performance improvement initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and clinical excellence.
  • Represent BAYADA in community and marketing activities, including relationship-building visits to physician offices, senior living communities, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
  • Build strong partnerships with referral sources, clients, families, and community stakeholders.

If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!

  • 3+ years of experience as an RN in Home Health, Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), or community-based healthcare.
  • 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, Clinical Manager, Patient Care Manager, or Nurse Manager experience.
  • Strong case management experience with a thorough understanding of Medicare home health regulations and reimbursement.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing clinical teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of clinical quality.
  • Strong knowledge of home health policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Passion for mentoring clinicians and fostering team engagement.
  • Desire to lead, inspire, and influence positive outcomes for both clients and employees.
