Warehouse Associate

What You'll Do:
- Load and unload tire shipments to and from semi-truck trailers.
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment to other Bauer Built locations.
- Operate various types of forklifts and material-handling equipment while following all safety protocols.
- Accurately record and process inventory transactions in the warehouse management system.
- Organize, stack, and store tires in designated warehouse locations to maintain efficiency and safety.
- Dependable and reliable work ethic.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Task-oriented and self-motivated.
- Customer-focused mindset, understanding how warehouse accuracy impacts service.
- Ability to lift and handle tires weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Basic computer skills with strong attention to accuracy.
