Fireworks Sales

PHANTOM FIREWORKS is looking for enthusiastic individuals to run our seasonal fireworks location in Waukon, IA.

This is a management/sales position that is compensated through commission of sales. The operator will be in charge of all day-to-day operations. This includes, but is not limited to, making daily cash deposits and securing your staff. Phantom Fireworks supplies nearly everything necessary for our operators to be successful. Customer service or retail experience is preferred. Knowledge of fireworks is a bonus, but not required!

If you possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a desire to succeed in a small business setting, and are able to work extended hours during the July 4th season, then Phantom has a great opportunity for you!

Phantom Fireworks provides:

Exceptional consumer fireworks on consignment*

Easy to use Point of Sale system

Stand delivery and set up

Ample liability insurance

Professional advertising

Effective sales aids - posters, signs and price tags

Accessible corporate support team

Operator is responsible for:

Providing sufficient staff for daily sales (usually 2-4 people)

Power source (1200w generator or higher OR camping power pack) and extension cords

Making daily cash deposits

Change bank for register (recommended $100)

Moving product in sales building and stocking shelves

*All fireworks are on consignment, meaning all unsold items are returned to Phantom Fireworks after the selling period.

All operators must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check and be 18 years or older.
