Charter Services Sales Executive (In-Person | San Francisco)


Bauerโ€™s Transportation has been in business for over 37 years, serving the San Francisco Bay Area with premium, white-glove charter and corporate shuttle services. With 400+ employees and 250+ luxury vehicles, we support corporate, education, government, airport, and VIP clients and set the standard for service excellence.

The Role:

This is a performance-based, in-person sales role requiring daily outbound cold calling. We are seeking an in-person Charter Sales Executive based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role requires daily on-site collaboration, significant outbound cold calling, and active engagement with existing and former clients. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

This role is best suited for sales professionals from transportation, hospitality, travel, events, or service-based industries who understand relationship-driven selling, fast-turn quoting, and high service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new charter business through outbound cold calling and prospecting
  • Re-engage existing and former clients to drive repeat and expanded business
  • Manage opportunities from first contact through close using HubSpot (CRM)
  • Prepare pricing, quotes, and proposals using Livery Coach
  • Track bids, follow up on proposals, and close business
  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and customer preference data
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Represent Bauerโ€™s at in-person client meetings and local industry events
  • Conduct post-trip follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat bookings
  • Support both passenger and cargo charter sales

Qualifications:

  • 3โ€“5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience (transportation, hospitality, travel, events, or service industries preferred)
  • Proven success in outbound, performance-driven sales environments
  • Experience with CRM and booking/quoting platforms (HubSpot and/or Livery Coach preferred)
  • Strong proposal, communication, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with frequent in-person meetings and local travel
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, resilient, and customer-focused

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000โ€“$70,000
  • Incentives: Bonus and commission based on closed revenue and performance
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): This is a performance-based role. OTE is achieved through consistent attainment of established monthly sales goals and is not guaranteed.
