The Growth Analyst is a cross-functional role that provides analytical support across Development, Commercial/Sales, and Operations teams. Broadly, the analyst will lead depot site suitability and network analysis to guide expansion planning. They'll also own energy and utility rate analysis to help optimize costs across markets. On the commercial side, the role provides sales and market analytics to support customer acquisition and investor communications. The analyst will additionally build out in-house operations analytics and reporting. Ideal candidates have a quantitative or business-related degree, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Principal Responsibilities & Key Results:

Depot Suitability & Network Analysis

  • Support the Development and Commercial teams in evaluating and scoring the suitability of prospective sites for addition to Forum's portfolio, combining market knowledge with quantitative analysis.
  • Leverage GIS tools and AI coding and publicly available and privately subscribed datasets to design and optimize depot networks across Heavy-Duty (HD), Medium-Duty (MD), Light-Duty (LD), and Autonomous Vehicle (AV) segments nationwide.
  • Analyze data from BCOs and shippers to identify high-density routes and support identification of depot locations.
  • Develop data-driven location strategies to guide the Development team and support expansion planning and infrastructure deployment.

  • Engage directly with utilities, regulators, and other market participants—going out to market, having conversations, and establishing relationships as needed to inform and support rate optimization efforts.

Sales & Commercial Analytics

  • Support the sales team with data analytics to identify prospective customers and map trucking routes relevant to Forum's HD, MD, and LD segments.
